Day 3<br />

<li>Breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, one apple, one oz cheddar cheese and black coffee or black tea.</li>
<li>Lunch: Black tea or coffee, one boiled egg and a slice of toast.</li>
<li>Dinner: a cup of cauliflower, carrots and melon and tuna with half a cup of vanilla ice cream.</li>
</ul>
This is the fastest from the quick weight loss diets and will help you lose 9 pounds in 3 days.<br />
<b>Other quick weight loss diets</b><br />
There
 are a few more quick loss diet plans that can give you fast results but
 you must be disciplined when following the diets as anything more or 
less will not give you the desired outcome:

<li>Three day chemical breakdown diet.</li>
<li>7 day diet.</li>
<li>Fasting and Phentermine.</li>
<li>100 calorie diet.</li>
<li>4 day diet.</li>
</ul>
